Salt and Sage is truly a gem in Stockton! The Core and Flow class has quickly become my favorite—I can feel myself getting stronger with every session. What I love most is how the classes challenge you to grow in your practice while still being welcoming and accessible for beginners and those working through injuries. Allison and Empress are both amazing instructors—knowledgeable, encouraging, and so supportive. The studio itself has such a calm, restorative vibe that makes it easy to unwind and reset. I’m so grateful to have a small, locally owned yoga studio like this in our community. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, improve their practice, and feel genuinely supported along the way!

I’m so excited to have accessible yoga in town. I typically worry about classes being too advanced, even if they are beginner classes. I appreciate how the instructors focus on inclusivity here! Want a great addition to the town

Had a wonderful Salt room experience here during a recent trip to Stockton. Empress was an amazing hostess. I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have sage, crystals, journals, card decks and more and left with a magical bag full of citrine stars that I shall treasure forever. ⭐️
